Central Park Damansara previously called Empire City Damansara 2 (ECD2) is a total 61-acre land in Damansara Perdana, Selangor sold by Mammoth Empire Holding Sdn Bhd (MEH) to Exsim Development Sdn Bhd for RM760 million, reported The Edge Malaysia based on government documents.
*MEH is the developer of the RM5 billion Empire City Damansara (ECD1).
The development of the 61 acres “is expected to take eight
years to complete”. The estimated GDV is RM9 billion.
Exsim has plans to build “20
blocks of office buildings of between 28 and 49 stories, five blocks of
serviced apartments of 39 to 49 stories and six blocks of affordable apartments
of 43 to 47 stories” plus an auditorium, retail units, a hotel, and a private
school.
Exsim has launched D'Cosmos Residences and D'Vervain Residences after received a very encouraging response for D’Quince Residences since day one from pre-launch.
Phase 4, D'Erica Residences is available for built-up 1000sqft3+1R,2B), 1200sqft(4R,2B) and 1540sqft(4+1R,3B).
Phase 5, D'Clover Residences is a tower serviced apartment with five big layout and elderly friendly designed.
